In my opinion, the answer is ‘yes’! It’s about image and how you portray your business when working from home. Having a second phone line allows you to answer the phone appropriately. Let the kids have the home phone! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve called someone with a home business, only to have the kids answer the phone inappropriately or worse yet, not answer call waiting because they are talking to their friends.
